VENUS REKOW is a behavioral architect, researcher and leadership facilitator whose passion lies in helping leaders drive behavior change by translating scientific insights into actionable best practices. She conducts research on psychological safety and leadership practices to help her clients strengthen their organizational cultures. As the founder of Neural Shifts, she uses her behavioral analytical skills to get to the root of behavior and facilitate meaningful and lasting change. She holds a B.S. in psychology from Boise State University; a M.S. in Organizational Development from Seattle University; completed coursework for a M.S. in Neuroscience from University of Oberta, Spain; and is a Certified executive coach from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, the Neuroleadership Institute & the International Coaching Federation.

Eric balances analytical thinking with a person-centered approach and is respected for his authenticity, standards of excellence and sense of humor. His group facilitation work focusses on enhancing awareness, generating insights, and inspiring practical actions. Eric holds a B.S. in Psychology from Washington State University and is a certified executive coach from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).

Dori is an executive coach and strategist with 16+ years of professional experience leading and coaching sales, operations, fundraising, and marketing teams towards the achievement of record-breaking goals. Utilizing a strengths-based approach, Dori works with executives to maximize their leadership potential, while leveraging the skills and talents of a greater team to create a culture of accountability and success. Dori holds a B.A. in psychology and M.A. in counseling psychology from Gonzaga University. She is a Certified Executive Coach from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC.) and a CIQ Enhanced Skills Coach in Conversational Intelligence®. Her background in counseling, coupled with her challenging, yet empathetic coaching approach, will move you and your team forward towards greater alignment, purpose, and success.

Julia is an accomplished facilitator and change management strategist specialized in helping leaders shift employees’ mindset, break barriers to success and drive accountability to achieve organizational goals. She studies the science of resilience and leverages her knowledge and experience to design and deliver transformational workshops. Julia has designed and implemented successful change initiatives in the areas of Diversity and Inclusion, Performance Management, Sales, and Leadership Development for a wide range of clients, including Microsoft, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Delta Dental of Washington and HGST. Julia holds a Master of Art in Education from U.C. Berkeley and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University. She has also studied Organizational Behavior at Kellogg School of Management and Leadership Development at Northwestern University.

Brian Smith

Brian is an expert at translating psychology research into effective training and programs. He is highly skilled at creating curriculum using scientific research insights. As a skilled trainer, he has delivered in-person training to adult audiences on how to create Psychological Safety in the workplace & Stress Management and Resilience. He successfully led the design and development of a social-emotional learning program used in 30% of US schools. Brian has published book chapters and scientific articles and developed an online platform of resources for educators. He earned a Ph.D. in Social Welfare from the University of Washington.

Shermoin Clardy

Shermoin R. Clardy, is an educator & clinician who is passionate about helping communities of color thrive. She currently works as a Clinical Director for the University of Washington Parent Child Assistance Program, hosted by Evergreen Recovery Centers. Shermoin is faculty lecturer at the University of Washington School of Social Work in Seattle, Washington. She has extensive experience working with individuals, children and families in the areas of mental health and substance abuse, gerontology social work and forensic social work. She has dedicated her life to help those who are marginalize and underrepresented in our communities. Shermoin graduated with a Master of Social Work (MSW) and is a Mental Health Professional (MHP).
